Job profile

We are currently looking for an 3D Artist to join our team, who has a background in design or a similar creative industry, with a strong interest in storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in creating 3D digital artwork, depicting and influencing design proposals during all stages of a project
  • Communicate effectively with the design teams on production of artwork for competitions and design projects
  • Work autonomously and as part of a collaborative creative team
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills
  • Keen eye for design, detail and composition
  • Assist in team efficiency methods, including workflow, library maintenance and archiving

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in 3DS Max, V‑Ray, Rhino, Unreal Engine, Maya and Adobe Creative Suite are ideal, with a familiarity of digital artwork production
  • Knowledge of MEL/​Python, Generative AI, AXYZ Anima, Houdini, Blender, Grasshopper, Infraworks, Substance 3D + other CG packages are desirable
  • Three dimensional and spatial understanding of buildings, including shadow and light
  • Good understanding of scale and composition
  • Knowledge and understanding of atmospheric and emotional storytelling
  • Strong passion to learn and influence design and architecture through creative artwork
  • Good communication skills with the ability to understand, communicate and demonstrate workflows and storyboard artwork production
  • Manage and prioritize tasks time efficiently, demonstrating project management skills to potentially coordinate multiple projects
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Starting date of work: Immediately

For this full-time-position (40h/​week), salary according to the Austrian collective agreement; overpayment is possible depending on education, qualification and professional experience.
